Ca' flora
Ca'Flora reflects the typical style of rural houses, which are also widespread in Veneto and Friuli.
It was lovingly renovated in 2004, with as much attention to detail as possible, respecting its original style. For example, the exterior plaster, the stone window frames and the shutters (Scuri) were reconstructed just as they were conceived during the construction of the house many years ago. The old flooring in the rooms has also been retained as an authentic feature, even if it has traces of the past.
The house is located in the village of Nerezine, near the small port (100 m) and the beach (200 m).
It faces south with its main façade and has a spacious sun terrace. The patio on the ground floor invites you to chill out and chat.
As an additional service we also offer boat transfers on board our BayShuttle "Salomé" type Nerezine 630 open (6.5 m) for up to 5 people plus skipper to the beautiful bays and islands of the surrounding area.

stanzia castellani
The noble farm Stanzia Castellani is situated at the southern tip of the island Cres in Croatia. It is an organic farm with hundreds of olive trees, figs, pomegranates, almonds, jujube, rosemary, lavender, buhac, helichrysum and a flowering vegetable garden. The cultivated farm is surrounded by a dense, untouched forest full of deer, wild boar and other wild animals. We are certified organic and committed to sustainable practices. We are proud to use only solar energy. We welcome visitors all year round to participate in workshops, cultural and agricultural events. HOUSE FLAVIA
The wonderful house Flavia is located in a quiet area of the village Nerezine. It has a spacious kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms (one with separate beds), 2 bathrooms.
It also has a terrace and a parking lot.
In the garden there is also a fireplace with grill for shared use with other guests.

DUMINI DVORI
On the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cres, near Punta Križa, lies this romantic, beautiful property. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, Mediterranean plants and smells of more than 3000 m2 you will find two separate buildings. In the larger main house with two spacious terraces on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen, dining area and bathroom, where a steep staircase without fence leads to an open attic with three beds and from there into the bedroom. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is 150 cm. Nearby is a small terraced house with terrace for a comfortable stay for 2 persons, consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guests also have a grill. On hot summer days the pool offers a welcome refreshment. Punta Kriza is like a real national park with a rich fauna and flora where you can enjoy complete tranquility. The last 300 meters to the object lead to an asphalt road.

Apartments Mirjana are located in a typical and original family house of Nerezine, near the small harbour of the village (30 m) and the beach (150 m).
Free private parking is available.
The central location of the house allows you to easily visit all the sights of the island.
The quiet location of the house with garden and the proximity to the centre invite you to relax from city life!
